How to Install eom software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

eom software package provides Eye of MATE graphics viewer program, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install eom

eom is installed in your system.

Make ensure the eom package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep eom *

You will get with eom package name, version, architecture and description in a table
